CircEld Partners with Zen Healthcare IT to Expand EMR, EHR, and FHIR Connectivity

CircEld, The connected senior-care platform, today announced a strategic partnership with Zen Healthcare IT to expand CircEld’s healthcare interoperability and systems-integration capabilities.

Under the partnership, Zen Healthcare IT serves as CircEld’s healthcare integration partner, providing the expertise and technical foundation needed to connect the CircEld Platform with electronic medical record and electronic health record systems, healthcare provider platforms, health information exchanges, laboratories, payer systems, community-service networks, and other healthcare technologies.

The partnership brings together CircEld’s senior-care coordination platform and Zen’s healthcare interoperability expertise to create a more connected experience for older adults, families, caregivers, care organizations, healthcare providers, and community partners.

“The senior-care ecosystem has operated through disconnected systems and fragmented information for far too long,” said Ramesh Sridharan, Founder of CircEld and CEO of HealthElence. “CircEld is creating a connected platform where older adults, families, caregivers, healthcare providers, and care organizations can work from a clearer and more complete picture of care. Zen’s healthcare integration expertise strengthens our ability to connect CircEld with the systems our partners already use and deliver a more coordinated, informed, and effective care experience.”

Zen supports CircEld with integration architecture, interface development, secure API connectivity, healthcare-data transformation, implementation services, integration monitoring, and ongoing interface management. The partnership supports standards and technologies including FHIR, HL7, C-CDA, JSON, secure APIs, and other healthcare-data exchange formats.

These capabilities enable CircEld to connect clinical, operational, and community-care information across the organizations involved in supporting an older adult. They also reduce dependence on manual processes, duplicate data entry, disconnected communications, and point-to-point integrations that are difficult to maintain and scale.

“Effective senior care depends on information moving securely and reliably across the systems and organizations that support each individual,” said Marilee Benson, President and Cofounder of Zen Healthcare IT. “CircEld brings older adults, families, caregivers, and care organizations together through a thoughtful and highly relevant platform. Zen is proud to provide the interoperability expertise that connects CircEld with the broader healthcare ecosystem and helps transform fragmented information into coordinated, actionable care.”

The partnership strengthens CircEld’s ability to support organizations operating across clinical care, senior services, aging services, dementia care, community-based programs, and family caregiving.

“Interoperability is not simply a technical requirement for CircEld—it is fundamental to our vision for connected senior care,” Sridharan added. “Our partnership with Zen gives CircEld the depth, experience, and integration foundation required to serve organizations across the healthcare and aging-services ecosystem.”

About CircEld

CircEld, developed by HealthElence, Inc. is a connected senior-care platform designed to bring older adults, families, caregivers, care teams, healthcare providers, and service organizations into one coordinated care experience.

The CircEld Platform supports everyday care activities such as medication routines, appointments, family communication, care planning, caregiver coordination, health tracking, referrals, community-service access, and organizational collaboration.

Through mobile applications, web-based tools, voice-enabled assistance, and healthcare-system integrations, CircEld helps reduce fragmentation and gives everyone involved in an older adult’s care a clearer way to stay informed, connected, and engaged.
